BOYU LUXE PACK is a high-end custom paper packaging brand operated by Shenzhen Boyu Printing & Packaging Co., Ltd., established in 2012 and based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
With an 11,000+ m² manufacturing facility, more than 200 employees (including a dedicated 15-member R&D and product development team), and approximately 10 production lines, we provide custom packaging development and manufacturing for brands, importers, wholesalers and product companies worldwide.
Our capabilities cover the complete packaging process — from structural development and material selection to printing, surface finishing, assembly, quality inspection and delivery.

Plastic-Free Coating
We offer plastic-free surface coating solutions for selected paper packaging applications. Compared with conventional film lamination, plastic-free coating can provide a smooth matte appearance while supporting packaging structures where reducing plastic film is an important consideration. Material compatibility, folding requirements, surface performance and final application are evaluated during development to determine the appropriate coating solution.
Precision V-Groove Technology
V-grooving is an important process for producing rigid and folding rigid boxes with clean corners and controlled folding lines. Our production capabilities include dedicated V-groove equipment for different packaging structures. The process helps achieve precise board folding and consistent box geometry, particularly for premium rigid packaging.
Product Traceability & Anti-Counterfeiting Coding
For projects requiring product identification or channel traceability, we can integrate one-product-one-code systems and invisible coding solutions into suitable packaging structures. These solutions can support product identification, traceability and channel management according to the customer’s system requirements.
